Omialadora is a traditional African
priestess, healer and trans-medium, and musical artist. 25 years ago she
was initiated into the Sacred Society of Yemoja,

Omialadora has a career in music and
performance that has had a 25 year span from the Broadway play Hair in the 70's

movement in the 1960’s and worked as an assistant to Dr. Martin Luther King
Jr. During that time Dr. Martin Luther
King Jr. married her to her first husband.
Omi and her family lived in Oyotunji African Village for 9 years (1976-1985) and during
her tenure in Oyotunji, she was the head of the Yemoja Temple, and erelu(head)
of the African women's society, Egbe Moremi , and first female in Oyotunji
to hold the title Iyagan(mother of the Egungun Society (ancestral society).
